$150/individual and $175/couples per 50-minute session
Insurance
I do not participate in any insurance networks. However, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Healthcare Savings Accounts and Flex Spending accounts can be used.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and "no shows" will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please understand that I have set aside time in my schedule for you. Last minute cancellations and "no shows" may prevent someone else from from being scheduled in your time slot.
